1. Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years of age or over. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of Service – Mediumship

Mediumship sessions are provided for personal insight, spiritual connection, and reflection purposes only. Services are not intended to replace medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

Roots to Realms makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, connections, or information received during sessions.

I Cannot Call Forward Specific People.

Spirit chooses who steps forward.

If the person you hope for does not come through, this is not a sign of lack of love or presence.

It may simply be timing, energy, or that other spirits step forward more easily.

Communication can be Symbolic or Metaphorical.

Mediumship often feels like playing a gentle form of “charades.”

I may sense images, feelings, symbols, metaphors, or impressions that need interpreting.

I will always do my best to translate this communication honestly and clearly.

Not Everything will Resonate Immediately.

You may understand some information later.

You are welcome to offer considered feedback after the session, as this truly supports my development.

There are no guarantees of a connection.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are provided at the time of booking confirmation and must be paid in full prior to the session.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of time-based services:

• Refunds are not provided once a session has taken place
• Refunds are not offered for late cancellations or missed appointments

If Roots to Realms cancels a session, clients will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

6. Session Recordings

Where recording is requested and consent is provided:

Recordings are supplied strictly for personal use only.

Clients agree that recordings will not be:

• Shared publicly
• Uploaded to social media or websites
• Used for promotional purposes
• Edited or redistributed

Any misuse of session recordings may result in legal action.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, and actions following any session.

Roots to Realms accepts no liability for actions taken by clients based on information or insight received during sessions.

8. Conduct & Boundaries

Roots to Realms reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected solely for communication and booking management purposes.

Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. Clients may request access or deletion of their data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

Roots to Realms reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
