Mediumship Isn’t About Having All the Answers
One of the greatest lessons mediumship has taught me has very little to do with communicating with Spirit.
It has taught me how to become comfortable with not knowing.
In a world that often expects certainty, mediumship asks something very different.
It asks us to trust.
Letting Go of the Need to Be Right
When I first began developing, I desperately wanted everything to be perfect.
I worried about making mistakes.
I questioned every impression.
Looking back, I realise that much of my energy was focused on trying not to get things wrong.
Over time I discovered something important.
Spirit wasn’t asking me to be perfect.
It was asking me to be present.
Humility Is a Strength
The more I develop, the more I realise there is always something new to learn.
Every reading teaches me something.
Every sitter teaches me something.
Every communicator reminds me that the Spirit world is vast, loving and impossible to reduce to simple rules.
That’s one of the reasons I continue to develop my own mediumship.
Not because I think I’ve arrived.
Because I know I never will.
Beyond Mediumship
The lessons don’t stop when the reading ends.
They filter into everyday life.
Learning to trust.
Learning to surrender.
Learning to listen more carefully.
Learning to be kinder to ourselves when things don’t go as planned.
Perhaps that’s the real gift of spiritual development.
Not extraordinary experiences.
But becoming more fully ourselves.
A Journey Without a Finish Line
People often ask me when they’ll know they’ve “made it.”
My answer is simple.
The day we believe we’ve stopped learning is probably the day we stop growing.
Spirit continues to teach me.
Life continues to teach me.
And for that, I remain deeply grateful.
A Moment to Reflect
What if your greatest growth wasn’t waiting for certainty?
What if it was waiting in your willingness to trust the next gentle step?
